Background

In 2004, the Department of Health and Home Office commissioned the delivery of a national workforce and training programme to implement the national policy set out in the ‘Personality Disorder Capabilities Framework’ (NIMHE, 2004). The principal aim was to improve access to treatment by investing in workforce capabilities and continuing professional development.

The programme was evaluated by the Centre for Developing and Evaluating Lifelong Learning, in the School of Education at the University of Nottingham. Download the final evaluation report (Word 424KB).
