Over 250 people came together at the International Convention Centre, Birmingham, 19-20th November to celebrate developments in the personality disorder field at the 1st National Personality Disorder Congress.

During the two-day programme, delegates shared information about innovative approaches and successful responses to the day-to-day challenges of working with personality disorder in mainstream mental health, criminal justice, third sector and social service settings.

Delegates had the opportunity to participate in an exciting and powerful series of arts and activity workshops and displays aimed at challenging stigma through celebrating creative achievement.

I was at this Conference on the 20th November, along with colleagues from the local Complex Needs Service and a group member. We presented an innovative group working with personality disorder and people over 65. It was well received. However it does not appear on the list of presentations above. Please put this right! Many thanks.
