Knowledge and Understanding Frameworks

Filed under: Training , Workforce Tags: ,

The Department of Heath, Ministry of Justice and the Care Services Improvement Partnership have commissioned a partnership led by the Personality Disorder Institute at Nottingham University to develop Knowledge and Understanding Frameworks for working with people with personality disorder in the forensic and non forensic sectors.

This important development will for the first time establish a comprehensive training and skills escalator for working in the previously neglected area of personality disorder. The Knowledge and Understanding Frameworks will provide high quality, accredited and accessible training resources; relevant to the needs of multi disciplinary groups of staff at all levels of their careers in criminal justice, health, local government, independent and voluntary sectors.
