A practitioners guide to working with offenders with personality disorders has been produced by the National Offender Management Service (NOMS) in partnership with the Department of Health.
It is designed to provide practical, hands-on advice to offender managers and other frontline staff working with offenders with highly complex needs.
The guide will be particularly useful for those working with offenders who present a high risk of serious harm to others.
