The table below shows the annual returns from the 2008 ‘autumn assessments’ – in which there was one set of questions about PD. This is the questionnaire that is sent to all commissioners and local implementation teams across the country, to see how well they are implementing the national service framework for mental health. It is usually called the ‘autumn traffic lights’.
