I don’t wish to be offensive but i found IAPT unhelpful in dealing with my BPD and they eventually said “we can’t help you- we don’t have the services you need.”

It is best to talk to your GP about a referral to a psychiatrist or a Community Mental Health Team who could then refer you onto a more suitable therapy.
IAPT is not designed for long term complex conditions like PD. NICE guidelines suggest long term interventions are more suitable, of which most IAPT interventions are not.
